Grandparent's Day in 'The Hub'.

Well....what a fantastic day we had by all yesterday at Netherton School. It was grandparent's day and we had around 80 grandparents come and spend the day with us. Children had the opportunity to share some of their learning and the grandparents shared games, books and activities that they used to play when they were at school.
The children and grandparents made some beautiful artwork as a keepsake of the day.
Thank you to all grandparents and friends of the school for coming and sharing the day with us!!
Here are just a few pics!

It was nice to hear a story about another grandparents encounter with the strap though. When he was a boy he stole the principals strap. He was asked to return it, it was returned in pieces!
